GED-lex provides in court and out-of-court legal assistance, in administrative law and public law of economics, with particular focus on the field of public law contracts, publicly owned companies and energy law.

The department of public law and compliance has developed specific expertise in the law areas enlisted below:
• public law contracts (public procurement, permits and licenses, public-private partnerships);
• publicly owned and in-house companies;
• energy and environment;
• anti-corruption and transparency;
• privacy and data treatment in public bodies and public companies.

GED-lex provides specific training and support to public bodies and publicly owned companies in order to comply with anti-corruption and transparency rules. GED-lex also provides assistance in the designing and implementing a control system pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/ 2001.
