GED-lex has gained solid experience in the management of crises and insolvencies of entrepreneurs, both through activities aimed at rehabilitation through the use of pre-court instruments (such as agreements and debt restructuring plans), and in relation to bankruptcy and insolvency procedures (including preventive and bankruptcy agreements).

The members of GED-lex also assist their clients in the context of :

liability claims tagainst company directors and auditors declared bankrupt or are subject to bankruptcy proceedings.

Lastly, GED-lex represents creditors of insolvent companies by preparing, among others, applications for admission to the insolvency proceedings or for the restitution or the reclaim of their assets, or by dealing with the bodies of the proceedings, in order to achieve the client's interests to the fullest.
